1. Would you like to start the session earlier at 19:00 (we then finish earlier) or later.

2. Would you like a 5 minute tea break at "half time" ? A chance to make a cuppa or have a pit stop. I will start the 5 minutes from when most tables have completed the previous round, any slow players won't get the 5 minutes.

3. Should I still have a tea break even if there is a sitout? A sitout gives time to wander off, however you may not get your sitout until the last round. I cannot easily predict when any given pair's sitout will occur.

4. Countdown timer - presently I use 14:30 for a 2 board round (scaled up if 3 or 4 board rounds). I will move people before the timer expires, provided most tables have finished. All round moves are manually instigated by the director (although it is possible Realbridge will alter this in the future).

5. The club is currently sending out an invoice 3 monthly in arrears. This is mainly due to a significant amount of admin in sending invoices and chasing up. Lots of other clubs have different solutions (e.g. lump sum prepayment, pay before each session), all the solutions have varying admin problems.
