There is been a new approach to selection for the Essex squads, we are committed to improving the standards of our squads. we are keen to open the selection process to more people and make it much more transparent.

There will be upcoming seminars by the redoubtable Marc Chawner for those keen to play in the Essex squads and to improve their play.
