| Pro-AM Game Success! |
 
The Friday night Pro-AM Game in Watertown was a giant success!
We had 38.5 tables attend and everyone had a good time!
For those of you who missed it, the results can be found here.
Everyone got into the spirit of the evening, especially this table (on the right), who started their own version of "relaxed play" in the first round and didn't let up as the evening went on.
Keep your eyes peeled in 2027, as the odds are good that we'll run this event again.

| ACBL Charity Foundation Supports Local Charity |
What a wonderful opportunity District 25 experienced in 2025!
The ACBL Charity Foundation provided a generous grant of $30,000 to District 25. To determine how the monies would be distributed, any active ACBL bridge member in District 25 could submit an application for an organization that they were actively involved with (not just as a donor) to request a grant. EMBA received several great applications which were reviewed by a committee of EMBA Board Members. EMBA was allotted three submissions for the grand drawing held at the Regional tournament in Warwick, Rhode Island.
The Bike Connector in Lowell, MA was one of six lucky organizations throughout District 25 to receive a $6,000 grant. The Bike Connector distributed more than 2,200 bikes to children and adults (affordable transportation) in Lowell and surrounding communities in 2025.
The ACBL Charity Foundation’s funds are primarily derived from ACBL games played at face-to-face clubs and tournaments.
