Echuca Wins Regional Pennant Playoff |
Following on from their earlier successes in winning the Northern Region Teams and the Northern Region GNOT Final, the Echuca team of David Thompson, Jamie Thompson, Wayne Leppard and Michael McQueen-Thomson won the Regional Pennant Playoff in Melbourne on Sunday 11 November 2012. Echuca was undefeated in the round-robin of six teams comprised of the top two teams from each of the Northern, Eastern and Western regions to finish 23 VPs clear of second place. Echuca will now go on to represent regional Victoria in the VBA Pennant Finals to be held on the weekend of 24-25 November 2012.

The Echuca Congress was held at the Rich River Golf Club Resort from 7-9 September 2012. Winners were as follows:

Echuca Wins Northern Victoria GNOT Final |
The Echuca team of Wayne Leppard, Michael McQueen-Thomson, David Thompson and Jamie Thompson won the Northern Victoria GNOT Final on 1 September 2012 and will represent the region at the National GNOT Finals at Tweed Heads from November 30 - December 3, 2012. Along the way David and Jamie bid and made 6 missing 3 key-cards for a big swing in the penultimate match!
