| F2F DUPLICATE EVENTS - PROCEDURES |
No movements take place until all boards have been played in each round. Initial sessions of F2F resulted in extensive waits (20+ minutes) for new partners to become available leading to many complaints. The slow play issue has now been largely resolved and most players are adhering to the agreed rate of 10 boards/hour. If you are a slow player please practice speeding up when playing socially. Aids are available to indicate which board you should be playing at any one time.
WITH THE BEST WILL IN THE WORLD ISSUES WILL STILL ARISE MAINLY DUE TO IT PROBLEMS. IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS CAUSING A DELAY THEN CONTACT GEOFF TAYLOR OR BRIAN WILLAMS WHO ARE ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE ROOM TO ADVISE EVERYONE OF THE SITUATION.
IF ASKED BY THE ADMINISTRATORS - ARRANGE (VIA CHAT) FOR ALL PLAYERS AT YOUR TABLE TO PASS ON THE NEXT BOARD IN ORDER TO CATCH UP AND MINIMISE WAITING FOR OTHER PLAYERS. INFORM THE ADMINISTRATORS SO THAT THE RESULTS CAN BE ADJUSTED FROM 'BOARD PASSED OUT' TO 'BOARD SKIPPED'.
ROOM OPENS AT 6:45 PM. IF YOUR PARTNER CANNOT BE SEEN IN THE ROOM THEN START A TABLE AND WAIT FOR PARTNER TO JOIN YOU (INVITES DO NOT WORK). WAIT FOR THE SYSTEM ARRANGE THE TABLES AND THEN MOVE YOU TO NEW OPPONENTS AS PLAY PROCEDES. DON'T BE ALARMED IF THE TABLES VIEW DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. START OF PLAY SHOULD BE 7:00 PM - END OF PLAY 9:00 PM OR THEREABOUTS.

THE RESULTS FOR THE F2F DUPLICATE EVENTS ARE LOADED UP TO THE EAST CLEVELAND BRIDGE CLUB WEBSITE EXACTLY AS WHEN PLAY TOOK PLACE AT MARSKE HALL. SEE RESULTS PANEL ON RIGHT OF HOME PAGE OR ALTERNATIVELY USE THE RESULTS ITEM ON THE MENU.

| ACCESSING THE F2F CLUBS |
To get to the F2F Bridge Club click as follows from BCL Home Page: Members > Clubs > Enter your bridge club (Blue and White Button) > Play Bridge
To enter the Tournament - wait till ECBBCL x-x-3 opens then: One of your pair only - Start a table. Your partner should then join you on this new table. That's it. Don't join other tables.
At 7:00 pm the tournament will start and the system will arrange all the tables. During the evening let the system move you and don't worry if you appear to disappear on the 'Tables' view - that is normal.
