East Cleveland Bridge Club maintains a data base of members names, telephone numbers and email addresses for the sole purpose of enabling direct communication between members and between the club and its members.  The data is obtained directly from members who must agree to the data being included on the database.

The database is maintained on the Bridgewebs Web site and some information may be available to the EBU, otherwise it is not shared outside of the club and its membership.

Since the data is accessible by a large number of people, members must recognize that the data held in the database is not secure and may enter the public domain.  Most members will accept however that the limited data that is collected is probably already in the public domain.

Data can be deleted or amended at any time through communication with the committee.
