Eastern Region Pairs Day

The CBAI Eastern Region Pairs Day will be held in Clarinda over two sessions on Sunday 7 December starting at 1.00 pm, with separate competitions for Master, Intermediate A and Intermediate B players. This is the regional qualifier for the national championships in Ennistymon on 7-8 March.

Entries should be sent by email to callanan.m@gmail.com, or via the Eastern Region website.
Captain's Prize - Result

Congratulations to Maeve Pelly and Denise O’Hagan, who won the Captain’s Prize over two sessions on 17 and 24 November. Well done also to Niamh Harty and Aidan Clarke in second place, and to Niall Pelly and Hal Hosford who finished third. We had a great entry of 32 pairs, and the full scores are in the Results section here. Thanks also to Joe Dempsey, TD for the competition.

Our annual Christmas Party will be held in the Royal Irish Yacht Club on Thursday 11 December. The cost is €50 per person.

Full details, including the sign-up sheet, are on the notice-board in the hall of the club.

Members please note that annual subscriptions for the 2025-26 year are now overdue. Please refer to the email you received for payment instructions. (If you didn’t receive an email requesting payment of the annual subscription, please contact the Hon Secretary at secretary@dunlaoghairebridgeclub.com.)

The Committee hopes that everyone will have an enjoyable and fulfilling year of bridge. With this in mind, we would like to draw all members' attention to the attached document setting out some "Do's and Don'ts" to make the game better for everyone.

The Club is now open to new members!  Club nights, at 7.30 Monday & Thursday, all grades. Wednesday nights are open nights for Intermediate & Novice players.
