The Malvern Congress was held in Claines on 25th - 26th October 2025.

Congratulations to Pete Cole and Malcolm Hunt in finishing second in the Swiss pairs event, winning all 6 of their matches.

and to John Sansom, Richard Jephcott, Nick Forward and Steve Allerston, runners-up in the Swiss teams event.

The Worcestershire & Herefordshire Inter Club Teams (Healey Cup) is being held on Sunday the 9th of November at Ombersley Memorial Hall starting at 11.00am and finishing at approximately 5.00pm.

A buffet lunch costing £10.00 per head may be pre-ordered or you may bring your own food. 

Players must all be members of Droitwich Bridge Club. Droitwich Bridge Club will pay the entry fee.

There are two open divisions and one “No Fear” division in the Worcestershire County leagues which run from October until April. Applications for all divisions are invited and we are particularly keen for new players to
take part in the No Fear division because it will bring a new experience to their game and will also enable them to meet other players. More details are available from Nick Forward (nforward1@outlook.com).
