Duplicate - difficult hand on what level to bid to.
North will pass unless they play a Lucas 2 or play a weak 2 with 5+ cards when they bid 2♠ . Which puts pressure on East - who will probably double, but could try 2N.
If East doubles the 2♠ South will probably bid 4♠ (law of total tricks - if North actually had 6 rather than 5 or with only A and Ks on good side of doubler his hand becomes very strong.
If North passes, East can bid 1♥ and south will double (strong 11HCPs with values on right.
West will probably bid 2♥ though it fits well with strong suits and likely good shortages so 3♥ could be right.
North's hand is strong opposite the double so will certainly bid 3♠ which west with 15 HCPs will probably bid 4♥ s, though worried with K and Q and doubler to the left.
Then South has a difficult decision. If partner has invited via a jump suggests bidding 4♠ .
4♠ should make, so 4♥ would be a good result.
