If 2N West will bid 3♣ (Stayman) and find the ♠ fit and end up in 4♠ 

Over 1♦ risk that East will bid 3NT over the 1♥ response by West that will be passed out. With 19HCPs that is the normal bid, 2NT showing 17-18. If East downgrades the hand AJ and Jxx and bids 2NT. Then West can bid 3♠ to try and find the fit.

4♠ making and 3N should go 1 off.
