North and East will pass.

South should open 1NT 12-14 and a balanced hand, though some may bid 1♥ with the plan to rebid 2♥ . Here is Andrew Robson on bidding 1NT with 5 card majors.

West may be tempted to overcall 2♦ as North did not open and being NV, but most will pass.

North will explore whether there is a ♥ fit and game (if partner is maximum) so will bid a 2♣ stayman.

South will bid 2♥ 

North may want to invite game  by bidding 3♥ as he is a passed hand, though his 11HCPs is a poor 11 (Kaplan Hand evaluator) = 10.6

If he does invite south with 5♥ s but a very poor 12 HCPs will probably pass in duplicate rather than teams. Though on this occassion 4♥ s makes.
