Only 11HCPs but it is a strong hand with As and J10 with a safe rebid of 2♣ and lead directing if they win the contract. Kaplan Hand Evalutor shows this is worth 14.15HCPs!

East has a standard weak overcall of 2♠ 

South can show values and a 5 card ♥ suit by bidding 3♥ 

West could bid 3 or 4♠ .. 4♠ puts the pressure on the oppposition.

Over 3♠ North could bid 4♣   

Over 4♠ North with a principally offensive hand is probably best bidding 5♣ which actually makes (4♠ makes!).

East has shown their hand (though it is a maximum) and it is the partner who is in control.

West with little in defensive values could take a view of bidding 5♦  or 5♠ which is the optimal contract.
