A difficult hand to bid a slam.

North will pass.

East will bid 1 with 11HCPs and meeting the rule of 20.(Link to Andrew Robson on rule of 20). With values in both long suits this is far stronger and Kaplan Hand evaluator gives this hand as 13.7HCPs.

South will pass and West will bid 1♠.

North will pass.

East will show shape with 2♣ (5+/4+)

West has a choice - 3NT is a reasonable bid. 

However there might be a slam in  s

So 3 GF which East will bid 3 (no  stop and nothing else to say).  

Bidding RKCB in  s with a void is difficult. What you need to know is the top  s?

What would your partner understand by a bid of 5 s?  It is asking for top  s, with such good  s 6  is a great response. 5NT is normally used for a grand slam force in agreed suit, so 5 would be a lower level bid.

The alternative is to punt 6
