South has a difficult decision. Open 1♠ or pass. 10HCPs, good shape, good intermediates and an easy rebid of 2♥.
How strong is the south hand? Kaplan Hand Evaluator gives the 10HCPs as 11.25 so many will open 1♠
West will bid 2♦ (doubling to show ♥ s would risk when he rebids of showing a very strong hand with ♦ s)
North will probably bid 3♣
East cannot bid ♠ s, as bid by South so will pass.
With North's bidding a new suit at the the 3 level is forced to bid, so South will bid 3♥ to show his shape.
West will pass.
North has a choice.convert to 3♠ ( as South is showing 5+♠ s and 4+♥ s) or to take a punt at 3NT hoping that the Qxx♦ is a good enough stop. Both 3♠ and 3NT make. The winners being the duplicate bidder with 3N, but 3♠ should be good.
If South passes, it will go
West 1♦ North will bid 2♣
South has a choice to bid 2♠ (too weak) or pass.
Over the pass South will bid 2♠
West will bid 3♦ and North will either pass or take a risk with 3NT. If North passes South being maximum for the pass may bid 3♥ to show the shape of his hand and being maximum and North then has the question again convert to 3♠ or bid 3NT.
All in all a difficult hand to bid.
