South will open 1♦ 

West will bid a weak 2♠ 

North may try a 3♦ bid. Though many will pass.

East will bid to the level of fit by bidding 3♠ .Here is Andrew Robson article on level of fit.

If North bid 3♦ South will either bid 5♦ or maybe bid 4NT RKCB and after a 5♣ response showing 1 Key card will find a poor 6♦ slam that only makes because the Q and J♣ drop as a doubleton.

If North had passed, south will bid 4♣ and North who has shown nothing will convert and raise to 5♦ .
