North will pass. The 1444 shape is very difficult to bid, but easier to respond to. Here is Andrew Robson on 4441 shape bidding.
Most Easts will bid 1♥
South will bid a 2♥ Michaels cue bid showing 5+♠ s and 5+ in a minor. Here is a Peter Holland video on Michaels Cue Bid. There is always the discussion whether to bid the top 2 unbid suits or Unusual NT bottom 2 unbid suits (which allows better sacrifices) The most common is to have an unspecified minor.
West will pass.
North will want to know the minor, as there is a good chance for a minor game so will bid 2NT asking for partner to bid their minor. Whilst North would like NTs, with unbalanced hands (South 55/xx and North 1444 it will play badly in NTs and partner may be very weak and you end up too high.
East will pass.
South will bid 4♦ showing 5+ with a good hand
North will raise to 5♦ as they have a great hand in ♦ s
5♦ s makes.
