EGG SALAD MOLD

2  packages Knox unflavored gelatin
2  dozen eggs, hard boiled and grated
1  cup chopped celery
1  onion, grated
1  small jar diced pimento
¼  cup sweet pickle relish
1 ½  tablespoons lemon juice
1   pint mayonnaise
½  cup cold water
1   cup boiling water
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.  Add boiling water.  Cool. 
Add mayonnaise to gelatin mixture with whisk.  
Add remaining ingredients.  
Pour into greased mold.
