BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTIONS and ANNUAL MEETING
It is that time of year again when we elect members to serve on our Board of Directors.
1. This year we have four vacancies on the Board of Directors which will need to be filled.
2. We mention this now so that you can be thinking about ‘giving back’ to the club and serving on the Board for the next year or two. The Nominating/Election Committee is currently being formed and will be recruiting volunteers willing to serve on the Board.
3. If you are interested in helping to influence the future direction of the club, this is the best way to do so. Please talk with any of the current Board members, or with the many club members who have served on the Board in the past to understand what is involved.

5. Two weeks prior to the ANNUAL MEETING which will be held Wednesday November 11th, the complete slate of candidates and their biographies will be sent to the membership.
6. VOTING for NEW MEMBERS of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS will take place at the annual meeting on Wednesday November 11th.
7. Early/absentee voting will be available for those who will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting.
8. There will be a POT LUCK lunch starting at 12:15. Please start thinking about your favorite dish and be ready when the signup sheet goes up! Everyone appreciates everyone else’s culinary contributions!
