Chicago Bridge Drive
2018 Chicago bridge drive

The 2018 Chicago bridge drive was held, in conjunction with the Christleton Parish Hall fund-raisers, on Monday 22nd October.

£1,000 was raised for the Parish Hall Refurbishment Fund (some new window blinds for the Parish Hall).

Great work was done by Fred Dixon and John Dawe as TDs for the day.

A happy room - John Dawe can be seen supervising play at the end of the room.

The Parish Hall fundraisers take a break from preparing the enjoyable lunch.

Annie Mead. Jane Baker Jones and Fred Dixon (one of the TDs for the day, the other being John Dawe) present the cheque to Christine Abrams, Beryl Cummings  and Sue Eccles from the Parish Hall Refurbishment Committee.
