Format of the Event

13:30 pm - Friday Afternoon Pairs

19:30 pm - 1st session GP Teams – Friday Evening

13:30 pm - Championship Pairs Qualifier – Saturday Afternoon

19:30 pm - Championship Pairs Final & Open – Saturday Evening

11:00 am - 2nd Session Teams – Sunday, Late Morning

Draw for starting positions will be available 30 minutes before the start times of each event.  Please be seated NO LATER than 10 minutes before the start time of each session.

Refreshments

Tea/Coffee is provided FOC during each afternoon session. (One cup per person)

Lunch bag will be available to pre-order for Sunday.  This is £8.95, including a sandwich (choice of 3), crisps, Pastry or chocolate bar, piece of fruit and a drink.

Dinner

A buffet dinner is included for Friday & Saturday Evening for those staying at the hotel.  Non residents can also stay for the dinner, assuming places are available.
