NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

OF CROSS IN HAND BRIDGE CLUB WILL BE HELD AT

PUNNETTS TOWN VILLAGE HALL ON

Wednesday 23rd January 2013 at 6.45 pm

The following candidates have agreed for their names to be put forward at the Annual General Meeting for re-election to the committee:

Tricia Russell               (Chairman) (retiring)

David Hilbourne         (Hon Secretary)

Caroline Cooper

John Cooper

Helen Garvey

Maurice Locke

The Hon Secretary looks forward to receiving the names of any members who would be willing to stand. Their names, together with the names of their proposers and seconders should be sent, with agreement of the candidate, to reach the Honorary Secretary at least three weeks before the 25^th  January 2013.

If any member has any agenda items for the Annual General Meeting, will they please inform the Honorary Secretary
