St. Patrick's Quay, which is the location of Cork Bridge Club, is within walking distance of the railway station, the main bus terminal and Cork city centre. Bridge Tournaments are held on Monday and Thursday nights. Regional Competitions are also held there. Many national and international players are or have been members of the club to name a few, Hugh McGann, Derek O'Gorman, Rory Boland, Ciaran Coyne, the late Anne and Denis Dillon, Joan Crowley and many more. Their success has enhanced the competitive nature of the club. The Annual Club Dinner (no bridge involved) will be held in the Maryborough Hotel on Friday May 2nd.   President's Prizes will be presented at this event.
