Opening

If not already done, unlock front doors and turn off alarm

Turn on all lights

Turn on Burco

Check health and ssafety and sign the sheet

Put water out

Put temp key in front door

Closing

Ensure room is tidy

Ensure bar is locked

Ensure Burco is turned off

Close all doors

Check Bathrooms are empty and turn off lights

Turn off all lights

Set alarm

Lock both front doors
