| CBC ANNUAL MEETING and ELECTION |
 For the Election of Officers and At Large Members of the Board, 2026-2027
We would like as many Club Members to attend the meeting as possible. A quorum of Eligible Voting Members is required to make this Election possible.
Voting Eligibility: Any Person who has paid dues for the 2025-26 membership year, (6/1/2025 thru 5/9/2026) and has participated in a minimum of (10) club games, as either a player, student or director during the preceding twelve (12) months. Click here to check voting eligibility.
Vote the Ballot as is; no write-ins will be accepted.
Absentee Submission Instructions:
Return the ballot in a sealed envelope with your name written on the outside of the envelope to any Director.
Voting by email is also permitted to snooziebear2@gmail.com
*Email votes must be received by 11:59 PM, May 12, 2026
*A return email confirmation will be sent to you w/in 48 hours
Ballots are available at the Director’s desk or Download and Complete the ballot.
ANNUAL MEETING IS 11:20 AM, FRIDAY, MAY 15.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VOTE AT THE CLUB, BALLOTS MUST BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN 11:30 AM.
Absentee ballots shall NOT be counted towards the establishment of a quorum for purposes of conducting business.
We encourage our members to come and vote! THERE IS A POTLUCK LUNCH at 11:00 AM.

| REGISTRATION FOR CBC GAMES |
Please Register for All Games
The online registration process is very simple to do and only takes a few seconds. One of the players registers the Pair. Once registered, if you need to cancel - you can do that online as well.
The directors ask that any additions or cancellations made after 10:00 AM the day of the game - be done by phone by calling the director directly, or the CBC club phone.
