This deal seems to be a complete misfit, with you holding spades and diamonds and your partner bidding hearts and clubs. It generally pays to underbid on misfits because they tend to make fewer tricks than the point count might suggest. With no strong suit of your own, give preference to partner's first suit: 2♥. It is the best of a bad lot and makes sure you do not go overboard.
