Collins Bridge Club was established in 1947 at Collins Barracks in Cork. It is Ireland's premier Military Bridge Club.

| Queries and Appeals |
A contestant may query a ruling made at his or her table by the Director.
Any such query shall be made straight to the Director.
Should the contestant remain unsatisfied following query to the Director, an appeal may be made to the Tournament and Play Committee. An appeal shall not be heard unless both members of the partnership concur in making the appeal (Law 92D).
Any appeal shall be made through the Director (Law 92C).

| Collins Bridge Club Season |
Season is from 1 September to 31 May.
Major events and awards will still be concluded by the end of April.
The reckonable period for determining Player of the Year (and for the Slams Ladder) will therefore be the YEAR ENDED 30 April.
Only play with a fellow member of Collins Bridge Club will count in each of the above competitions.
