COLINTON CASTLE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

You must be a member of the SBU to join our club.  If you are not an SBU member, first join the SBU and pay their levy to obtain your SBU number before completing this form.

• If you live outside Scotland join the SBU as a direct member, and enter “Direct” as the “Home Club” below
• If you live in Scotland you can join the SBU as a direct member as above, or as a member of Colinton Castle and enter “Direct” or “Colinton Castle as the “Home Club” below as appropriate
• If you already pay your SBU levy via another Scottish club enter that club as the “Home Club” below

There is currently no annual fee for Online membership of Colinton Castle, but data protection regulations require that the application is made using the form below. Our legal basis for holding and processing your data is our legitimate interest and needs as a bridge club. This information will be recorded in our membership file, which is stored in computer form in compliance with the GDPR. 

I agree that:

• my name and contact details shall be available to the officers of the Club for the purposes only of internal communication regarding Club and related bridge activities
• the club will share my name and contact details with the Scottish Bridge Union (SBU) and the SBU District committee (i.e. East)
• my personal data may be otherwise used by club officers as detailed in the club Data Privacy Policy
• I have read the Colinton Castle Club Constitution
