Always wanted to play Bridge?

Come and learn in a relaxed and friendly environment. The 'Bridge for All' foundation course is suitable for people who have never played before or for people who have played a little social bridge and want to learn more. Absolute beginners are welcome!
 
 
Emma runs courses for Beginners and Improvers
 
 The 'Beginning Bridge' Foundation course is a 32 session course covering foundation level bidding and play.
 
The 10 week Refresh and Progress course is suitable for people who have previously attended classes and played bridge. It takes you to the next level.

Colchester Bridge School currently has two foundation classes running with 30 students on Wednesdays & Thursdays in Boxted.

About the Teacher
About the Teacher
Emma Fowler is a qualified teacher offering bridge lessons for beginners and improvers in Boxted and Colchester.
Her classes are based on the recommended 'Bridge for All' programme developed by the English Bridge Union and promoted nationally by the English Bridge Education and Development charity.
 
Emma is a member of the English Bridge Teachers' Association (EBTA) and is an Associate Teacher.  She is also a Teacher of French & German (PGCE / QTS qualifications). 
 
Emma has taken over Colchester Bridge School from Vicky Potter who taught and inspired many students in the last 11 years, with a great many playing in local clubs and competitions as well as socially with friends. It was Vicky who taught Emma so brilliantly and encouraged her to start teaching bridge.
