Always wanted to play Bridge?

Come and learn in a relaxed and friendly environment. The 'Bridge for All' beginners course is suitable for people who have never played before, or for people who have played a little social bridge and want to learn more. Absolute beginners are welcome!

New Academic Year 2021-2022

Please note: I will not be running any courses for this academic year

Other options for learning Bridge:

1) Ipswich and Kesgrave Bridge Club: this club runs the EBU 'Beginning Bridge' course, normally based at the Kesgrave Community Centre. However, for this autumn term the classes will be online, until face-to-face Bridge resumes. Free introductory session on Monday 28th September. More details on their website.

2) Bernard Magee Bridge: an online Bridge website, run by one of the country's top bridge teachers. This site has a strong online community, and Bernard does quizzes, live seminars, and live Bridge games (including a Wednesday night game where you can watch 'over-the-shoulder' as Bernard plays and discusses his thoughts with the audience).

He has recently uploaded his 'Begin Bridge' course onto the website, so this is available for those wishing to learn Bridge. This is a subscription website, but is excellent value for money. You can visit the website for free and watch some of his teaching.

Coronavirus - because of the coronavirus pandemic, all Bridge classes are suspended until further notice.
The Beginners club (Monday Night Bridge) is also cancelled
