Paying into your Clyde Bridge Centre Financial Account

Please use the following details to fund your player account:
Name: Hillington Bridge Club SCIO (Type as much as you can of the club name)
Bank: Bank of Scotland
Sort Code: 80-22-60
Account Number: 27977760

(Not the account ending 8168 which is your membership only account).

Please make absolutely sure you use the letters "CBC" followed immediately by your own SBU number (e.g. CBC11235) as reference for the payment. eg CBC11235Smith)

Standing Order – details as above

We cannot accept cash payments at the club.

If you wish to use cash, please arrange for a friend or partner to take this and either make the deposit to your CBC account for you or use the ’paying for others’ (pairing) option above. They will need your SBU number to do this. If you have difficulties with this, please speak to Barry Cooper in confidence.

We would prefer not to accept cheques. We hope that one of the alternative ways of paying (including ‘pairing’) will be suitable for you and that cheques will not therefore be required. If, however, your still have no alternative method for paying, please contact The Treasurer in the first instance for a confidential chat to see what arrangements we can put in place to help you.

How can I see my PLAYER FINANCIAL ACCOUNT statement?

To receive an Email of your balance and statement of activity, please enter your SBU number and click “Receive account statement” button below; payments into your account do not appear immediately so recent payments may not show for a week or so. If you experience any problems please email The Treasurer

  Debits to your Account

Each time you play a game (either online or at the Club), an entry is debited to your account at the appropriate rate. This is linked to your account through your SBU number
Currently only your table money can be deducted from your account, but in time we hope to be able to take money for lessons and other expenses.

  The Balance

This is simply the amount you have paid in or been credited less any charges debited. You are asked to kindly keep your account in credit and to have sufficient funds available before registering or playing a club session.

  Playing with Visitors

At the club, the visitor will be able to pay using the contactless terminal.

What Happens if I don't have enough money - can I still play?

If there is insufficient money in your account the system will allow you to be "overdrawn" for a period of time.

The system will automatically generate an email reminder to inform you that your account is in negative balance and we would request that you fund it as soon as possible.

If you are having any difficulty please contact The Treasurer

What do I do if there is an error in my account?

You will have a personal login to your account via the Club’s webpages. From here you will be able to see transactions and to request emailed copies of your statement.

In exceptional circumstances, for those people who do not have access to the internet, we will print a copy of your statement on request and you can arrange to collect this when visiting the club.

If you are still concerned please contact The Treasurer explaining your concern.

What system is being used and is it secure?

We are using a system called BriAnMas which has been developed in conjunction with Richmond Bridge Club (one of the largest clubs in the country). It is now used by a growing number of clubs throughout the country. Minimal data is used by the system and all data is held in a GDPR compliant database securely on the cloud.
