TRAINING PROGRAMME

BRIDGE TRAINING PROGRAMME

Training and development have been at the core of the Clifton Bridge Club’s success for many years. Introducing prospective members to the great game of bridge as well as enabling existing players to improve to the higher levels is fundamental to our philosophy. Clifton Bridge Club is well known as a club with a comprehensive training programme for both new and more experienced players.

Beginner Classes

These lessons offer an introduction to the game for people who have never played Bridge before or who wish to refresh their knowledge and confidence. Clifton Bridge Club Beginner Classes combine basic theory with fun and practical play.  Lessons run once a week each for approximately 2 hours. You definitely do not need to have a partner.

Intermediate Classes

Intermediate Classes also combine theory with practical play.  They are suitable for people who have completed the Beginner Classes and subsequently gained some experience playing bridge and are ready to improve their knowledge.

Advanced Classes

Suitable for bridge players who wish to learn advanced techniques practices.

Our Teachers

  • Aim to make lessons engaging, informative and fun
  • Are experienced, active and successful players
  • Aim to prepare students to progress from the classroom to the Clubs duplicate sessions

THE ONLY WAY TO GET BETTER AT BRIDGE IS TO PLAY!

You can contact the Club via cbcansdell@gmail.com to ask any questions and/or to add your name to our waiting list.  We will contact you when new course dates become available.
