4. Review of the Club's activities
The Club has a healthy balance of £3,800 less £272 pre-payment for July's hall rental.
The Club has two new members and the confusion over the one-off joining fee has been eliminated. The joining fee only has to be paid once, irrespective of whether a member allows their membership to lapse and then re-joins.

6. Any Other Business
We have been notified that Elmbridge is seeking an organisation to take over the running of the Day Centre. The costs to a hiring organisation like ours may rise. The changes at Ditton were discussed. More information is needed before constructive discussion about the future location of the Club can proceed.
