| Claygate now has the cards and equipment to enable two simultaneous sections on a Monday evening.
A stash of made-up two-section duplicate hands (2x30 boards) will be kept in a crate in the store-room at the Day Centre.
The primary goal is to enable members to play as great a percentage of the boards as possible. This has something to do with 'fairness', as explained in various tomes on duplicate movements.
A by-product of the two-section system is that you could end up playing three or four hands per table, and you will certainly avoid playing against members on the other side of the room. To some, this may be an advantage. We will see.
