1. Absent

2. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting
The minutes of the meeting of 11th December 2023 were confirmed and the Chairman signed them.
3. Actions Outstanding
- 23-3Ⓐ1 Committee Member to produce about 80 calendar cards. ⓄⓅⒺⓃ
4. Planning for the AGM
The AGM will start at 1900. Committee members should arrive by 1845 to help set up the room. Normal session fees will apply.
- 24-1Ⓐ1 (RA) to organise the purchase of Club Championship Winners' Mugs and M&S Vouchers. ⓄⓅⒺⓃ
5. Reorganising the Committee
With the departure of (VB), FD, PH, we are losing a number of skills, and the watchword for the remaining committee members to best incorporate the new arrivals will be flexibility. At the most general level, we hope to add Val McGourty to the financial team, Christine Ward to the Secretariat, and Adam Emerson to Technical Operations. There are various tasks which can be shuffled around, such as managing the hosting schedule, producing the annual calendar card, maintaining the membership list, and supervising the club championship.
6. Any Other Business
Two visitors complained about unfriendly behaviour by a few established members. This has to be stamped out, as these people will not visit us again.
