Election of Independent Trustees of the Club
The Trustees of the Club comprise the Chairperson and the Treasurer (ex officio trustees) and up to five independent charity trustees. The term of office of an independent trustee is three years. Clause 12 of the Constitution describes the duties of the charity trustees.

Three of the present independent charity trustees were elected at the 1st AGM of the Club in 2021 and they will therefore complete their three year term of office and retire by rotation at the 2024 AGM on 27 April 2024.
Nominations for up to three independent charity trustees, to be elected at the 2024 AGM, are now open. Each of the three independent charity trustees who is retiring has been nominated for a further three year term.
