Election of Independent Trustees of the Club
The Trustees of the Club comprise the Chairperson and the Treasurer (ex officio trustees) and up to five independent charity trustees. The term of office of an independent trustee is three years. Clause 12 of the Constitution describes the duties of the charity trustees.

Ashok Kwatra will have completed a three-year term of office and will retire by rotation at the AGM on 26 April 2025. He has been nominated for re-election by Alan Wearmouth and seconded by Nigel Burton.
Cheltenham Bridge Club's constitution allows for the appointment of between three and five Trustees. There is therefore an opportunity for nomination of additional members as Trustees. Please do this by completing the form below.
