Some club sessions will have a booking requirement. The website Calendar entry for such events will state "Booking Required". This guide explains what you need to do to reserve seats for you and your partner in advance.
Click on Calendar and find the session in which you wish to play (use the arrows at the top of the Calendar to advance to the next month if necessary).
If booking is required, it will be shown on the calendar against the relevant session
Touch (on and iPad or move the mouse pointer (on a PC) on the session and click on the 'Booking Required' picture.
When the ‘Booking’ window appears, type One of the following in the box (please do not use any other characters):-
Either - Your name (first and last name)
Or - Your Email address (only use the one registered to your club member account)
Or - Your EBU number
Click the ‘Check’ button.
This checks that you are on our database. Don’t worry if your name is not recognised. The name you gave us on your application is the one we will have registered. Use your email or EBU number instead.
Once you have been checked, you won’t have to repeat this step during the current web browser session (you will go straight to the next step).
Next Type in the full name of your partner (not email address or EBU number or anything else)
Click the 'Add Booking' button:
That's it - you are now booked in to play.
NB: If for any reason you can't play, it's important that you remove your booking by clicking the 'Remove' button instead. If you make a mistake, repeat the booking process and your latest booking will supersede all previous.
