Our next game is Pre Election Pairs on Friday 2nd of May. Please register by 1pm on that day or be there by 2pm.

Please register for future events by clicking on "Bookings"(or "Partner") in the right hand box (Calendar). You may use your name or email to register, however if you are new to the club, you will not be able to register until you have been put into our database. You do not have to book, but you will need to be at the club by 2pm (if not booked) to allow for the movement to be resolved. If you are having difficulties booking please contact the webmaster at johnstuart65@bigpond.com.

Please be seated by 2.15pm (2pm if not registered), Please register before 1pm on the day of play.

AGM NEWS. The AGM of the Charlestown Bridge Club was held at the Club Rooms on Friday 13th December. 32 members were present and Linda Thomas was elected the new President, with Cynthia Roberts as Vice President.

Charlestown Bridge Club meets at the Community Centre, 17 James St Charlestown at 2.30pm every Friday. All bridge players welcome. We offer a free game to all new players but please check the programme as we may not be able to accommodate you if there is a teams event listed. Table fees are $5 for members and $7 for nonmembers and includes tea, coffee and biscuits. You are challenged to find a more pleasant afternoon of duplicate bridge in Newcastle!

We usually play between 27 and 33 hands over about 3 hours. We use Bridgemates and play pre-recorded hands with results and analysis posted after each session on this website.

The club operates as COVID safe as possible, with well spaced tables, hand wash at each table and wearing of masks optional. Our partner finder is Janice, 0402032265. You can also enter your name in the "bookings" for a particular session to request a partner.

Please register before 1pm on the day of play and please be seated by 2.15pm (2pm if not registered) so that the movement can be decided.

We are affiliated with the ABF for allocation of masterpoints.

Off street parking is available at the Centre and we have permission to park next door at "Meals on Wheels". Otherwise there is parking on James St.

PAYMENT OF SUBS IS NOW DUE. $25 FOR HOME CLUB MEMBERS. $5 FOR ASSOCIATES.
