To access Chat Manager Click on your Message Tab  (Above the People Tab) . Then click on Chat. Then in the large white area under Chat Left Click and you will get the following box.

Click Chat Manager and you see this

You can see 3 stored messages which you can Edit or Delete.

When you are at a Table a quick way of getting to Chat Manager is to Left Click in the White area in your Chat Box. In the Chat Manager Click on the message you want to send and you get the Chat Box as below.

Click Chat to send. Think about using Chat Manager at the Table for a standard Hi Opponents (with basic description of your system) and for detailed description of certain aspects of your system (remember to change Channel to Opponents when replying to bid queries) . We think it is a time saver and makes your replies to system queries consistent and full.
