Britain's Gold Cup August 2021

While we have all been beavering away on BBO playing in the Galway Bridge Centre tournaments over the summer, some of our esteemed players from the West have been doing a lot more, i.e. representing Ireland in the prestigious event, Britain's Gold Cup.

This team event took place on BBO over the summer, where all the top international players battled it out on BBO. The Irish team with 4/6 players hailing from Galway achieved fantastic success in making it to the quarter-finals and were narrowly defeated ( by just one imp).

A big congratulations to: Gay Keaveney, Enda Glynn, David Walsh, Ciaran Coyne (all from the West) and their teammates Karel De Raeymaeker & Peter Pigot ( Dublin).
