The Director should always be called to the table at any time when someone feels things have not happened correctly.
Decisions on the rules should not be made at tables by individuals but only by the Director.
Even if you think you know the ruling the Director should still be called.
Always call the Director politely.
The Director is there to answer your questions, rule as to how difficulties will be resolved and will use the Rule Book to their support decisions.
You may also check at the end of the evening as a copy of the Rule Book is always available.
If you are still not happy, talk to the director about decisions made he/she will be happy to explain. If necessary the director will refer the issue to a County Director and/or an EBU Director.
