Poll
Online Movements Poll

To help us to get better we'd like to know your opinion on the Mitchell movement we trialled on the 8th April. Click here for a refresher on the results. Please indicate your preference below.

Mitchell - In this movement, there will be 2 winning pairs and your opponents are selected randomly. The advantage is NGS is not distorted. The problem is this can result in pairs of very different standards meeting each other for much of the session.

Swiss - In this movement, the best performing pairs are matched against one another. The advantage is you generally play pairs of a similar standard when players of varying abilities are involved in the same session. The problem is the NGS is adversely affected for the better players and you can meet the same pair more than once.

If we reach 20 tables we will run two sections of differing abilities.
