Registration

To allow us to gauge numbers, please register here sometime before 6.30 pm on the day of play. Please try to get there for about 6.45 pm to start at 6.50 pm. If you can't play after registering please contact Mike either by email mike@hawthornes.plus.com or text/telephone 07802 425428 and he will delete your entry.

Fee's & Payments

• Members are charged £3 and Visitors £3.50 per session. 
• We normally allow play on credit and will send an email requesting payments one month in arrears.
• Bank transfer for monthly arrears are the preferred method of payment.
• If you wish you can pay by cash or cheque either on a monthly basis or on the night every time you play. Speak to Ken Reed for your preference.
• Charity events normally charged at a minimum of £5 are collected in cash on the night unless you are able to make a bank transfer.
