Learning and Improving at Bridge |
Learning to play bridge is fun, especially with the right teacher. There are many great teachers in the area.
Caroline Macpherson conducts two types of bridge classes and many players have joined our club from these classes. Classes are 2pm on Monday and 2:30 pm on Friday.
Classes run for 2 hours and are based on assisted play with some teaching and at the moment are limited to players at a time.
Please contact Caroline via email or telephone for more details. Caroline’s contact details are

Lou Hobhouse runs bridge lessons at various Somerset locations throughout the week.
She also does Bridge in a Day or Half-Day – great for newcomers to get ‘over the hump’ of learning the basics, or for improving players wanting to play random hands and see what comes up (Answer: Everything comes up!).
There’s holidays too – Friendly Bridge only for Friendly People. For details email or text Lou on the details below. Alternatively visit her website (click here)
