Shrimp Boil in Gardnerville Sept. 22

The Carson Tahoe Bridge Unit will host a Shrimp Boil at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 22 at the Gardnerville home of long-time member Gladys Turissini. All those who play at any of the Unit's four clubs -- South Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Gardnerville and Carson City -- are welcome to attend. Spouses and guests are also welcome. The menu for this free event includes shrimp, andouille sausage, red potatoes and corn on the cob, as well as cake for dessert. Signup sheets will be circulated at club games to help us anticipate the amount of food needed. Attendees should bring their own lawn chairs and their preferred drinks, including any alcoholic beverages. Those who wish to do so may also bring an appetizer to share. The Turissini home is located at 315 Reflection Court in Gardnerville, west from 395 at Muller Lane and then south on Foothill Road to Reflection Court.
