Your Rights |
- You have the right to request a copy of all your personal data held by the club.
- You have the right to request that your personal data is amended if there are errors or there are changes to the data that you have initiated.
- You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing/promotional emails from the Club.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Club.
- The provision of your personal data for new membership application and/or membership renewal purposes is a contractual requirement between yourself and the Club. Failure to provide this information would mean that there would be no contract between yourself and the Club and therefore your membership would be refused or lapse with immediate effect.
- The application for you to join as a new member or renew your membership would only be refused under the following circumstances:
- If insufficient personal data was received by the Club.
- If insufficient membership subscription was received by the Club.
- If the Club’s management team considered that you would bring the Club into disrepute.
