Chairman's Cup Championship Rules
Championship Pairs rules

Camberley Bridge Club.

Conduct of Club Championship Pairs Competitions.

General: The competition will be played as a ladder on all Monday face to face (F2F) sessions from December to November inclusive. A pair must play a minimum of twelve sessions to qualify.

Winner: The winner of the cup will be the pair with the highest percentage, averaged over all sessions that they play.

Trophy: The winning pair shall be awarded and retain the Chairman’s Cup for a period of one year.

Club representation: The winner of the trophy is entitled to represent the club at the Surrey Interclub pairs for the Mary Edwards Cup.

Method of Play: For the Chairman’s Cup it is important to use fair and well-balanced movements and pre-prepared computer-dealt hands.
