As part of the nationwide GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) beginning in May 2018, CBC has posted its Privacy Policy (within this menu and also visible HERE)

The following choices are required to be selected to "Opt In" as the default will be "Opt Out" from May18.

We have kept this as simple as we can, so just name and email and then select Yes or No below.  Only your name will be visible on the list for collection purposes and the responses will be collated by the Committee and then actioned accordingly.

This is only for displaying on password protected lists, we have a legitimate interest to store and contact members without permission but you can still "Opt Out" if you wish.

For information:

Bulk emails are only CBC information or request emails (not other sources emails or junk)

Lists are the entries you see after submitting a form (such as the joint blue point event)

Requests are specific lists such as "Find a partner" or "Hosting"

All new members will be asked to submit their Privacy choices as they join and Visitors will be asked if they wish us to retain their details for contact purposes.
