The 4th Youth NABC started in Toronto on July 28, 2011.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT of the change in venue of the 2012 Youth Championships appeared on the Front Page of the Saturday July 30, Bulletin. The CACBF will be hosting this Youth Championships in CUBA July 25 to August 4, 2012
