The 2nd Youth Congress got on the way August 21, 2011. 27 Teams from 20 Countries are paticipating. Bulletin No 2 stated that: During the Opening Ceremony, the loudest applause was reserved for the Hungarian delegation, which apparently consisted of only one player, Kornel Lazar. We should point out this is a transnational event and he is playing on the Austrian team. Incidentally, the delegations of New Zealand (Liam Milne), Rumania (Radu Nistor) and Uruguay (Rodrigo Garcia) are equally numerous.

Also appearing in Bulletin No. 2 was this article on the Systems encountered on Convention Cards used by the Participants.
