Leigh Harding started No Fear Bridge Club in 2002 as somewhere for her first group of students to play and learn about duplicate bridge.   It then grew to include Sue Hanrahan, Jean Benson and Jane Sperryn-Jones who ran classes and club sessions independently under the banner of 'No Fear Bridge'.

In August 2021 the club was taken over and renamed by Tony Cherrett. It offers friendly duplicate sessions for all standards of players.
