  YCBA TD Training Course

Once again, by popular demand, the YCBA  are running a Club Tournament Director Training Course

This is supported by the YCBA Bridge Development so the entry is FREE.

The course will be run by Barrie Partridge, to be held at Sheffield Bridge Club.

The course will run on 3 Saturdays, the 26th  September, 10th & 24th October  starting at 10.30am and finishing at 5.30pm with a break for lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided but attendees will be responsible for their own food.

  Who We Are

We are a friendly and active bridge club based in the centre of Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

We offer a range of social and competitive bridge events, five days a week, for players from beginners to experts.

Our English Bridge Union trained teachers provide beginners and improvers courses throughout the year and we have three teams regularly competing in the regional leagues.

Visitors and new members are always welcome, whatever their standard.

All morning sessions start at 10.00 am and all evening sessions at 7.00pm, unless stated otherwise. The afternoon session starts at 2.00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of playing sessions to give the TD time to set up the computer for a prompt start.

Late arrivals may not be included.

Please use the ‘find a partner' section of the website if you need a partner for sessions marked partner required.

Age UK Charity Afternoon Event

Save the Date – Charity Afternoon Tea, Bridge Event

We are delighted to invite you to save the date for a Charity Afternoon Tea Bridge Event at Queens Sports Club on Monday 12th October.

Organised in partnership with Halifax Bridge Club, this special duplicate bridge afternoon will raise funds for Age UK Calderdale & Kirklees, helping older people across our local communities to live happier, healthier and more independent lives.

Join us for an enjoyable afternoon of bridge, good company, delicious sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee, with prizes to be won and all proceeds supporting a wonderful local cause.

2.    On the Member Login page type in your own e-mail address and then click on the Forgotten Password button.
